Yankees com 4 representantes no All Star Game




No domingo a MLB anunciou os jogadores que farão parte do All Star Game de 2012, no dia 10/07 em Kansas.  A votação foi feita pela internet e milhões de pessoas votaram em seus jogadores prediletos para irem ao prestigioso evento. A Liga que vence o All Star Game, tem o direito de fazer seu time jogar 4 dos 7 jogos da World Series em casa.

Quatro jogadores vão representar os Yankees no All Star Game. São eles: Derek Jeter (13ª aparição), Robinson Canó (4ª aparição), Curtis Granderson (3ª aparição) e CC Sabathia (6ª aparição). Jeter, Canó e Granderson serão titulares. 

Os Yankees, ao lado de Texas Rangers e San Francisco Giants são os times que mais tiveram atletas indicados.
